How long is the initial consultation?

The initial consultation is approximately 90 minutes for adults and 60 minutes for children.

What happens in the initial consultation?

During this first appointment, both online or in person I will gather information regarding your main health issue together with previous medical and family history. Homeopathy is very individual and within the consultation its important for me to get a good understanding of whats happening for you so I ask you questions about you as a person, your lifestyle. It is also an opportunity for you to share what you need. All of this information will help define the most suitable treatment plan and remedies for you.

How does long is a follow up consultation?

The follow up consultation is approximately 60 minutes for adults and 45 minutes for children.

What happens in the follow up consultations?

During this session, which is usually 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation, I’ll review how things have been since your during that time — including your response to the remedy, improvements you’ve experienced, and any new or ongoing areas where you’d like support. This is an important opportunity to reflect and discuss progress, as often we may not realise how much has shifted until we take time to look back. It is also important to your care is reviewed to ensure it is tailored to your individual needs throughout your healing journey.

How many consultations will I need?

The number of consultations that are required are very dependent on your current health, medical history and any maintaining causes such as lifestyle, medications and your circumstances. Often a significant improvement is seen within the first few consultations however if we are treating a chronic condition it can take longer as this is often a condition that has developed over time. We will can discuss this in a discovery call or during the initial consultation.
